    Register Nurse
    Job Summary:
    Join our esteemed team at Westminster Nursing and Rehab, one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care, as a Register Nurse. At Westminster Nursing and Rehab, we're dedicated to Serving with Pride and strive to provide exceptional care to our patients.
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor and report patients' conditions, including vital signs, and communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals and promote positive outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including charting and documentation.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with industry developments through ongoing education and training.
    Requirements:
    • Current registration with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
