    Job description

    Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Community Recreation, and Deployed Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); NBK Bangor - Warrior Eatery.Qualifications:
    • Must have general knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment, commonly used chemicals (including SDS) and basic safety is required.
    • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.
    • Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation.
    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility.
    • Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment, carrying and setting up and working from ladders and scaffolds.
    • Constantly standing or walking; frequently lifting or moving objects from 30 to 50 pounds.
    • Exposed to dirt, dust, disagreeable odors and strong cleaning solutions.
