    CDL Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the day-to-day operations, while interacting with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers daily to meet the expectations of the business. They are responsible for delivering, unloading and checking in the product to customers each day. Our Drivers are the face of the Company and must provide top notch customer service.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Unloading, loading, and checking-in products at customer accounts
    • Balancing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring applicable paperwork is received
    • Work or rotate delivered product when necessary
    • Uphold sustainable relationships with customer accounts by providing outstanding consistent customer service
    • Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and government regulations including all DOT & state liquor laws and regulations
    • Complete Driver assigned duties delivering Company's products in a safe, timely and professional manner
    • Inspects the vehicle pre- and post-trip to monitor the maintenance and safety of the vehicle
    • Work with all team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiatives
    • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
    • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

    • Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle

    Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include overtime. This position does not have any overnight or long-haul travel/hours.

    Required Education and Experience

    • Minimum of 21 years of age
    • Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
    • Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certifications

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Six (6) months previous CDL driving experience
    • Previous grocery or retail experience
    • Class A (Manual) CDL

    Compensation

    • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
    • Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
    • Hired applicant may be eligible for [incentives/ bonuses/ annual bonuses.
