Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, range of motion, and pain levels, utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary.
  • Create, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and physician directives, ensuring evidence-based practices guide your protocols.
  • Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including hands-on manual therapy, exercises, and modalities aimed at restoring function and reducing pain.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and referring physicians to clarify treatment goals and progress.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, self-management techniques, and preventive care strategies to foster long-term recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes and maintain an exceptional level of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice boasts a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals across various demographics and medical backgrounds. Clinicians will treat patients with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Current certification in CPR, with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including utilization of word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with patients to assist them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy will be favored. Experience in a fast-paced outpatient environment is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
