We're seeking a Machine Builder to join our headquarters team in Cary, Illinois, where you'll help create the automated assembly equipment that makes our world-class magnetic components possible.

As our Machine Builder, you'll:

• Construct sophisticated automated assembly machines that bring engineering concepts to life

• Perform precise alignments and final set-ups that ensure manufacturing excellence
• Collaborate with engineers to help plan and design next-generation machinery

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate brings:

• 2+ years of experience building automatic assembly equipment
• Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Strong math skills and the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Proficiency with basic machine shop tools
• Associate's degree, specialized education, or vo-tech training in a mechanical field (preferred)
