We're looking for an Accounting Associate - Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you'll help manage homeowner assessments, account inquiries, ownership transfers, and payment processing across a growing portfolio of communities while ensuring accuracy, exceptional service, and timely follow-through.ย

What You'll Do
Manage Accounts Receivable Operations- Process monthly homeowner assessment billings across multiple communities and entitiesย
- Process incoming payments and maintain accurate account recordsย
- Generate and distribute account statements and delinquency noticesย
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of resident and owner account dataย
Support Property Transfers & Disclosures- Coordinate ownership transfers and disclosure requests through HomeWiseDocsย
- Manage documentation related to resale, builder, vacant lot, and other property transfersย
- Ensure records are complete, accurate, and processed in a timely mannerย
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service- Assist residents and property owners with account questions and payment inquiriesย
- Respond to requests from title companies, lenders, real estate professionals, and management partnersย
- Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionย
Contribute to Team Success- Research account discrepancies and assist with data maintenanceย
- Support ongoing process improvements and departmental initiativesย
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the accounting team and company growthย
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or related experienceย
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyย
- Excellent organizational and time management skillsย
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsย
- Customer-service mindset with a high level of professionalismย
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlookย
- Data entry experienceย
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of general accounting principlesย
- Experience with homeowner associations, community associations, or property managementย
- Real estate title transfer or disclosure experienceย
- Experience with Vantaca or similar property management/accounting softwareย
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team memberย
