    Your role at Clorox:

    The Senior Manager, Value Transformation Office, will support Clorox's margin transformation journey by performing analysis, generating insights, and helping build a clear, highly actionable pipeline to deliver enterprise margin improvement targets. This role partners with internal VTO resources plus executive leadership, business unit general managers, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain, including portfolio optimization, design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design.
    As part of the Value Transformation Office, this role helps drive transformational, enterprise-wide margin improvement through a sustainable pipeline, systematic approach, and rigorous value management. The Senior Manager will support ideation, discovery, business case development, program governance, executive updates, and enterprise capability building across cost savings.

    In this role, you will:

    • Perform analysis and generate insights to support Value Transformation Office ideation and discovery, helping fill the enterprise's 3-year margin improvement pipeline.

    • Support the identification of margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain, including portfolio optimization design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design.

    • Document, size, and prioritize opportunities to support detailed business case analyses that provide clear visibility into margin potential, timing, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.

    • Partner with Business Unit, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Commercial, and functional leaders to align on opportunity scope, ownership, value assumptions, and implementation path.

    • Manage marginimprovementworkstreams across the enterprise, driving proactive cross-functional action planning for risks, mitigations, milestones, and dependencies.

    • Support program governance and operating cadence, ensuring workstreams have clear charters, owners, milestones, decision rights, and escalation paths.

    • Assistwith tracking margin improvement program value realization in partnership with Finance; escalate risks and mitigation plans related to financial delivery.

    • Identifyrisks, tradeoffs, and interdependencies across workstreams; synthesize implications and recommended actions for leaders in a clear, decision-oriented format.

    • Support the creation of executive updates for senior leadership forums, including pipeline summaries, value tracking, risks and mitigations, decision needs, andconsolidatedmaterials fromBusinessUnit and working teams.

    What we look for:

    About You

    You bring strong analytical, ideation, and coordination skills, with the ability to turn complex business and operational inputs into clear insights, action plans, and executive-ready recommendations. You are a self-starter who can drive progress in ambiguity, collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience focused on business transformation and delivering complex, cross-functional programs

    • Experience in one or more supply chain domains (procurement, manufacturing/operations,logistics/transportation, planning, inventory, or networkoptimization); CPG with consulting experience preferred

    • Strong financial acumen: comfort with P&L drivers (COGS, distribution,inventory/working capital), savings tracking, and partnering with Finance onbaselines and benefit realization

    • Strong facilitation and program leadership skills; ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and influence without direct authority

    • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to translate operational and financial insights into clear executive-level narratives

    • Advanced analytical skills (Excel and data visualization); ability to work with largeoperational datasets (cost, volumes, service, capacity) toidentifysavingsopportunities

    • Experience diagnosing, isolating, resolving, and documenting complex operationalissues with actionable recommendations and implementation plans

    • Demonstrated strategic ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems using sound judgment, structured thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)

    • Self-starter with strong results orientation; able to drive progress in ambiguity and deliver measurable savings outcomes

    • Enterprise mindset thatanticipatesimplications across plants, categories, customers, and global stakeholders (cost, service, quality, safety, and risk)

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, finance, orotherrelated field

    • MBA orMaster'sdegree in relevant field a plus

    Workplace type:

    The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be located out of Alpharetta or Oakland with the ability to be in office 3x per week.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


    -Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

    -Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

    -Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
