Job description
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN who believes in the power of comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to care? Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Licensed Practical Nurse LPN are needed for patient care in and around the the Route 28 Corridor allowing you to work close to your home.
Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Let us prove it. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required. Contact us today!

What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:
As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as:
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assisting with wound care and personal care
- Educating patients and families
- Maintaining medical records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.
Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN position:
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
