About Us

We are an outpatient mental health group family practice consisting of Social Workers, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists across the New York. We promote cross-collaboration and provide our patients with high-level administrative and clinical experiences which has earned us a 4.8 star rating on Google. We are looking for a experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with at least 3 years of experience as a Social Worker, to join our team as we provide high quality mental health care to patients in New York.

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate?

• Experience – at least 3 years work experience as a Licensed Social Worker, Minimum of three years experience beyond certification
• Collaborative – Excited to work with a group of clinicians with over 30 years of experience
• A completed masters in social work
• Active LCSW/LMHC license in NY
• Demonstrates proficiency in assessment of client’s social and emotional status using effective interviewing skills
• Experience in a mental health or hospital setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
