    About the Position

    Beach Front Property Management is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Affordable Housing Department.


    This is a department-wide support position working closely with Affordable Housing leadership and property teams across our portfolio. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in keeping department operations organized, documentation current, and administrative priorities moving forward.


    This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who wants to continue growing their career in affordable housing and property management.


    What You'll Do
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Affordable Housing Department
    • Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, and documentation
    • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and department tracking
    • Process and track invoices, bills, deposits, and other administrative items
    • Assist with Yardi data entry and record maintenance
    • Support leasing and affordable housing documentation as needed
    • Track outstanding items, deadlines, and required documentation
    • Follow up with property teams to ensure requested information and documents are received
    • Coordinate documentation and communication with housing authorities, service providers, vendors, and other partners
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documents and materials
    • Respond to and appropriately route resident, vendor, and property-related inquiries
    • Help maintain accurate and current department and portfolio records
    • Assist with special projects and other department administrative needs
    Requirements:
    • Previous administrative or office experience required
    • Property management experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Reliable transportation for occasional local travel, as needed

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
    • Previous affordable housing experience
