Circadia Flooring is a commercial flooring union subcontractor dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality service and installation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our commercial flooring team. This position is responsible for managing active awarded jobs and working directly with end users and general contractors. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and/or flooring, understands construction documents, communicates professionally with clients and vendors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities and Functions:

• Tracking actual labor hours vs budgeted hours
• Client communication during active work
• Protecting gross profit during installation
• Communication with internal team on active projects
• Stay current on all RFI's during installation.
• Review weekly payroll for accuracy
• Attend jobsite meetings if foreman is not adequate
• Collect extra work tickets from the field and create change orders
• Update WIP % complete weekly
• Provide updated information at weekly internal job meetings
• Complete monthly billings and GC Draw paperwork
• Job closeout paperwork

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience in commercial flooring, construction estimating, or related industry
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with estimating or construction management software
• Knowledge of commercial flooring products
