Informations generales Rejoignez notre division CFAO HEALTHCARE Avec un marche du medicament qui represente plus de 20 milliards de dollars, l'acces a des produits abordables et de qualite reste un defi majeur pour l'Afrique. CFAO Healthcare renforce l'offre de sante sur le Continent en produisant et distribuant des produits et services pharmaceutiques et medicaux. Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) CHEF COMPTABLE H/F base(e) : Algerie Description du poste : Details des missions : Assurer le suivi des immobilisations et des investissements : Proceder a la saisie des immobilisations apres validation de la structure hierarchique Participer aux comptages des inventaires physiques Realiser l'analyse comparative entre les inventaires physiques et les valeurs comptables Gerer les entrees et sorties des immobilisations Proceder a l'ouverture sur l'ERP des comptes tiers : clients, fournisseurs et salaries : Controler l'exhaustivite du dossier et l'existence de l'ensemble des pieces administratives obligatoires Proceder a l'ouverture du compte sur ERP Valider la mise a jour des comptes en fonction des dispositions contractuelles et de la situation des clients, fournisseurs ou salaries Accomplir differentes declarations et entretenir les relations avec les organismes fiscaux : Proceder a la declaration du G50 dans les delais Preparer le bilan fiscal et le soumettre a validation Repondre a toutes sollicitations et eclaircissement des organismes fiscaux Appliquer les regles du controle fiscal : Verifier l'application des regles du groupe au niveau du service comptable dans le cadre du nouveau systeme comptable Participer a la revue client : Identifier les clients non solvables Proceder a l'actualisation de la fiche client sur ERP, en fonction de la situation des creances detenues Verifier que la structure concernee procede au recouvrement des creances et engage les relances prevues dans le plan d'actions Assurer la tenue des comptes : Veiller a la saisine des decaissements bancaires Veiller a la saisine quotidienne de toutes les ecritures comptables Proceder a la cloture mensuelle des comptes : Fait saisir le cas echeant l'ensemble des ecritures comptables de fin de mois S'assurer de l'existence de toutes les pieces comptables de la periode concernee S'assurer que tous les comptes soit analyses et revus Preparer les dossiers physiques pour signature par le DFC et le DG Preparer la liasse de reporting sous forma groupe et la faire valider par le groupe S'assurer que l'equipe comptable a procede a la cloture des comptes (PV de caisse, pertes et gains de charges, cours de route, provisions et paie) Veiller a l'archivage de l'ensemble des pieces comptables Profil recherche : Un diplome universitaire en finance, comptabilite ou issu d'une formation professionnelle dans le domaine.
05 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire dans un milieu international Maitrise de SAP Anglais souhaitable
