    Job description

    Objective
    Support the TSA Exit program by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, processes are streamlined, and deliverables are aligned with business objectives. The Business Analyst will facilitate communication, drive efficiency, and help mitigate risks throughout the migration and transformation process.
    Scope of Work
    1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document requirements for data integration, application migration, and platform standardization.
    • Process Mapping: Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes impacted by the TSA exit, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Requirements Traceability: Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all business needs are addressed in the technical deliverables.

    2. Business-Technology Alignment
    • Translation of Requirements: Convert business objectives and requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams, ensuring mutual understanding.
    • Interface Design: Collaborate with technology teams to design user interfaces, workflows, and integrations that meet business needs.
    • Validation: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off of migrated applications and processes, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

    3. Change Management & Communication
    • Impact Assessment: Assess and communicates the impact of technology changes on business operations, processes, and roles.
    • Training & Support: Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to business users during and after migration.
    • Communication Plan: Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and issues.

    4. Data Migration & Integrity
    • Data Mapping: Work with business and technical teams to map source and target data structures, ensuring data integrity during migration.
    • Data Validation: Define and execute business-level data validation processes post-migration, collaborating with technology teams to resolve discrepancies.

    5. Risk Management & Issue Resolution
    • Risk Identification: Proactively identify business risks related to migration, integration, and process changes.
    • Mitigation Planning: Collaborate with project managers and technology leads to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Issue Tracking: Maintain a log of business issues and work with relevant teams to drive resolution.

    6. Continuous Improvement
    • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from business users to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
    • Lessons Learned: Document lessons learned and best practices for future migrations and technology transitions.
