• Receive incoming deliveries and properly warehouse raw materialsand finished goods.
• Maintainorganization andcleanliness of docks, drywarehouseand cold storage rooms.
• Safelyoperatematerial handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks,maintainingrequired safety training and certifications.
• Conductminorpreventativemaintenanceactivitiesondock and material handling equipment.
• Using generated work orders, select raw materials from warehouse locations and deliver to processing floor.Properly scan barcodesandmaintaindocumentation asrequired.
• Pick,packand palletize outgoing orders and load outbound trucks, ensuringproperdocumentation
• Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
• Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
• Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
• Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
• Actively contribute to your departmentin order tocomplete tasks and meet company goals

TheQualifications:

• 2+years experienceworking in a warehouse environment
• 2+years experienceoperating material handling equipment, including forklifts
• Food manufacturing/warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to converse with team members in both English and Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Physical dexterity, ability tolift, upto 60lbs.and push/pull pump jacks with up to 2,500 lbs. Weight on.
• The ability to work in varied environmental conditions (dry, cold)
• The ability to stand and work on feet for 8 to 10 hoursa day
• Must be able toidentify, assess andobservedetail
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend and twist
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
