Job Description

Position               : IT Business Analyst

Location               : Remote (Must be local to Oklahoma or any nearby states)

Duration              : Long term contract

The client is currently using “Trips” as a disputes platform such as credit card disputes and check disputes. They are moving to CASAP as a platform. They need an analyst who understands CC disputes as well as making sure there are not missing any steps in this migration to CASAP. This is a functional role, NOT a technical position.

I’m looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience with credit card disputes platform. They need to have banking experience, preferably in mid-sized banking environments.

Description of job duties:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Fraud Operations, IT, and Risk to capture and document requirements for the disputes platform.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for development and configuration teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Define integration points with existing systems (e.g., core banking, case management, fraud detection tools).
  • Support data mapping, workflow design, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement review sessions and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in testing and validation of platform functionality against documented requirements.
