Position Overview

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in Goshen, IN. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

Both staff-level and Clinic Director opportunities are available.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, motivated clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.

Full-time PTs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day while providing individualized, evidence-based care. Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialty areas, pursuing certifications, and advancing their clinical skills.

Clinic Directors will provide direct patient care while also supporting clinic operations and leadership responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting compensation for this full-time position is approximately $75,000 annually, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Flexible scheduling options are available based on clinician availability and clinic needs.

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana

Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome and will receive training and mentorship

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
