Job description

Candidate Source is hiring Warehouse Receiving Associates to join a large, fast-paced distribution facility in Ashland, VA. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company, enjoy steady hours, and build a long-term career in the logistics and distribution industry.

Shifts Available:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday-Friday with possible overtime

What You'll Do:

  • Unload inbound containers of boxed apparel (20–50 lbs each)

  • Verify counts and check for damages on incoming shipments

  • Sort and palletize boxes according to product type and location

  • Safely operate manual pallet jacks to move materials within the receiving area

  • Wrap and stage pallets for movement to storage or processing areas

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking during peak periods

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior warehouse receiving or unloading experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

  • Reliable transportation to Ashland, VA and a valid driver's license
