  • Resolve member questions and concerns in a timely, customer-focused manner
  • Help foster a fun, inclusive, and community-oriented club culture

  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and operational inspections
  • Monitor safety standards and respond to urgent operational needs
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining club presentation standards
Support Club Operations
  • Process approved refunds and operational transactions accurately
  • Assist with onboarding and operational training of new team members
  • Document incidents, maintenance issues, and operational updates clearly and professionally

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or sports facility operations preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and confidently make decisions in real-time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment

Skills That Will Help You Succeed
  • Passion for customer service and community engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and facility awareness
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable learning technology systems including Club Automation
  • Team-first mentality with a proactive, hands-on approach

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel between local club locations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
