Job description

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Strategic Engagement and Congressional Coordination Specialist provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leaders within a complex government or organizational environment. This role serves as a central coordination point for executive communications, congressional engagements, leadership taskings, and organizational priorities, ensuring timely and effective execution of mission-critical activities. Key Responsibilities Support senior executives and leadership teams in managing strategic priorities, executive communications, and organizational initiatives. Coordinate and manage executive correspondence, leadership taskings, congressional inquiries, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Questions for the Record (QFRs). Track, monitor, and facilitate the completion of actions across multiple organizations to ensure deadlines and suspense dates are met. Develop and prepare executive-level briefing materials, decision papers, talking points, executive summaries, background materials, and other leadership products. Serve as a liaison among internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the timely flow of information. Manage multiple concurrent actions and competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment. Provide analytical and project management support to leadership initiatives and organizational objectives. Maintain situational awareness of organizational priorities and ensure leadership visibility into key activities and requirements. Utilize collaboration and knowledge management tools to track actions, share information, and support organizational effectiveness. Required Skills required Experience
