Pay Rate:$81.45 per hour (W2 Only)
HYBRID: Must be onsite MON-THUR each week (LOCAL CANDIDATES)

Sr. IT Project Manager Data & Integration (GSDPF Division) will have strong experience in large, structured enterprise environments. This role focuses on delivering data-centric initiatives, including API integrations and file exchange solutions, across the full software development lifecycle from initiation through post-production warranty support. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead matrixed teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and consistently meet delivery commitments while aligning with defined IT governance standards and business expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data and technology initiatives within the Global Services and Data Platform (GSDPF) Division
Ensure adherence to structured IT governance processes, including formal approvals and stage gates
Deliver data-related projects, including API integrations and file-based data exchange solutions
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, Legal, and Information Security
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure delivery within approved targets
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and financials to stakeholders and leadership
Align project execution to business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise data standards
Manage full end-to-end SDLC delivery, including:
Scope definition and approval
Solution design and architecture alignment
Development and testing oversight
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off
Go-live and warranty support
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Track and manage milestones tied to approved scope and business objectives
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure efficient execution
Provide leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and governance frameworks
Enforce formal approvals and sign-offs at each phase of the project lifecycle
Partner with Legal, Information Security, and Application Security teams to ensure proper handling of:
PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
Sensitive and regulated datasets
Financial Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and burn rates
Provide monthly financial reporting and projections
Ensure alignment between resource allocation and approved funding
REQUIRED BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
6+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager in a large enterprise environment
Experience delivering Data platform or data integration projects
Experience delivering API and/or API & File Exchange solutions
Strong understanding of structured SDLC and IT Governance processes
Experience managing matrixed teams across business and technical functions
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Consistent delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Strong adherence to governance, compliance, and approval processes
Clear and proactive communication of risks, issues, and financial
Effective coordination across technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders
DESIRED SKILLS:
Background in Consumer Data Privacy and Regulated Data environments
Experience working in large organizations with strict Governance
