Job description

CDI/CAI Developer (Mid–Senior Level)
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica CDI for batch and realtime processing.
  • Build, orchestrate, and optimize APIbased and eventdriven workflows using Informatica CAI.
  • Develop and enhance ETL/ELT mappings, task flows, transformations, and integrations within the IDMC platform.
  • Create and maintain service connectors (REST/SOAP, Swagger, WSDL) and manage integration with onprem and cloud systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform rootcause analysis, and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across workflows
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions
  • Ensure adherence to integration best practices, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks
  • Support DevOpsaligned delivery using export/import automation and CI/CDfriendly integration approaches.
Required Skills
  • 3–7+ years of handson experience in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration concepts, and data warehousing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP, API design, service connectors, and integration standards.
  • Experience building eventdriven, realtime, and APIorchestrated business processes.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
