Job description

Position Overview 
CAFCO Group is seeking energetic, talented and technology savvy individuals with a primary focus on performing clerical tasks for NYC School Construction projects. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma (2) years of full-time paid experience in a clerical position. 
 
Responsibilities
•        Maintain clear and concise project documentation (daily inspection reports, progress photos, RFIs, change orders, etc.).
•        Answer phone calls and emails. 
•        Maintain tracking logs for documents.
•        Place and maintain office supplies orders.  
•        Maintain excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, and co-workers.
 
Qualifications
•        Must have eight (2) years of paid experience. 
•        Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office, Adobe).
•        Availability to work in a busy environment. 
•        A high level of integrity and interpersonal skills. 
•        A commitment to providing outstanding client service while working collectively as a part of a team.   
•        Physical requirements may include walking and standing during the shift, climbing stairs, bending, push and pull objects, lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
