The Lead Community Support Professional (CSP) provides program leadership, dailycoordination, and high-quality direct support to participants in CADES' Adult Day Program. TheLead CSP supports the Treatment Manager in implementing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs),coordinating activities, and ensuring consistent adherence to program expectation, safetyguidelines, and regulatory standards. The Lead CSP is a model for CSPs, provides training, and
receives and completes delegated tasks from the Treatment Manager and/or Adult DayProgram Assistant Director. This role is essential in ensuring a positive, inclusive, person centeredenvironment and promotes holistic wellness and meaningful participation for allindividuals served.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership, Mentorship, and Coordination
Provide day-to-day guidance, modeling, and informal support to CSPs.
Create daily task lists and staff assignments for personal care, activities, feeding,loading/unloading, and sanitization.
Develop and post staff break schedules.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and hands-on training of new staff and volunteers.
Facilitate brief team discussions; submit documentation to the Treatment Manager.
Participate in bi-weekly check-ins with the Treatment Manager.
Identify issues related to work quality, attendance, or conduct and refer concerns to theTreatment Manager.
Ensure that programming provided by CSPs is therapeutic, meaningful, and consistentwith program goals.

Direct Support and Personal Care
Provide direct support to program participants in alignment with ISPs.
Assist with toileting, hygiene, mobility, feeding, and meal preparation.
Use approved lifting and transfer techniques when moving individuals.

Therapeutic Programming and Activities
Plan and implement daily and monthly activity schedules to ensure meaningful,therapeutic, and person-centered programming that supports individuals' goals,interests, abilities, and over all well-being.
Facilitate adapted wellness programs such as yoga, sensory activities, music, andtherapeutic recreation in alignment with regulatory standards and ISPs.
Support community inclusion and participation in events, outings, and assemblies byfacilitating meaningful engagement, modeling appropriate social interactions, andensuring accessibility, safety, and individualized supports.

Behavior Support
Implement positive, person-centered behavior supports.
Follow all behavior support plans and 55 Pa. Code 2380.173.

Documentation and Administrative Responsibilities
Complete all documentation accurately and timely including, but not limited to, t-logs,ISP data, progress notes, behavior logs, attendance, and incident reports as required bythe program and regulations.
Oversee and verify data collection documentation by CSPs.

Medication Administration
Obtain and maintain Medication Administration Certification as required by theprogram.
Maintain medication certification documentation.
Administer medications in the nurse's absence and follow all required procedures.

Safety and Environment
Maintain clean, organized, and safe program spaces.
Report needed repairs and safety concerns to Treatment Manager or designee.
Participate in emergency drills and infection control.
Report suspected abuse, accidents, illness, and/or unsafe conditions to Treatment

Manager or designee immediately.
Operate agency-provided vehicles and ensure the safe transportation of individualsincluding, but not limited to, following required safety and wheelchair securementprocedures for mobility devices.

Communication
Communicate respectfully and professionally with caregivers, staff, and supervisorypersonnel.
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma.
Non-profit human services experience preferred.
Two (2) years' experience working with individuals living with multiple disabilities,including a strong understanding of the safety and communication support required forindividuals with physical disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead informally, collaborate, train, and support team members.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizetasks.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems andmake decisions with little or no need for direct supervision.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate changes and/or identify issues and take appropriateand effective actions.
Excellent customer interaction, collaboration, and written and verbal communicationskills.
Demonstrated basic. experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word,Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Experience using electronic management/electronic records systems preferred.
Must be able to perform CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention using agency-trainedprotocols.
Must pass and maintain CADES driving and securement certification.
Must possess a current, valid driver's license in the state of residence, have a minimumof three (3) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptabledriving record, which will be assessed through a review of the Division of Motor Vehicles(DMV) record
Ability to attend meetings off site as necessary
