Our client, a fast-growing digital solutions provider and certified ServiceNow partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support its expanding portfolio of ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations-including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Configure and develop core ServiceNow applications such as Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB
- Design and deliver custom applications and workflows using Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and scoped applications
- Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and related technologies
- Translate client business needs into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Contribute to platform architecture and solution design with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Keep up with ServiceNow platform updates and incorporate best practices in development
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations in quality and functionality
- Familiarity with or interest in ServiceNow GRC and/or SecOps modules, with a willingness to grow into these areas
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Solid background with core ITSM modules and common integrations
- Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and custom UI development
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
