Builtech is currently seeking a Project Engineer ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute new or updated drawings and specifications.
• Research drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
• Research, transmit and monitor RFI's.
• Prepare and monitor a submittal log in accordance with the project schedule and specifications.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Manage the close-out process.
• Assist with change order documentation and compilation.
• Support onsite safety programs to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required (preferably in Construction Management or Engineering)

• Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and preferably, Procore
• Leadership skills including self-awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization
• Willingness to travel to job sites (locally or nationally) as needed
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
• The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers
• The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: $75,000-90,000+++

Position Requirements
