You are responsible for completing your daily route, and paperwork, providing peace of mind & first rate customer service to your customers, retaining and growing your customer base, and attending company meetings. As a member of the Bug Depot Team, you are the face that represents us all. We offer well above the Industry standard hourly rate for technicians in the Columbia, SC area.
$20 to $25 an hour PLUS BONUSES AND COMMISSION. 34k -55k annually. Bug Depot is a Veteran Family & Locally owned business dedicated to pest control since 1962. Celebrating 60 years. You are responsible for completing your daily route, paperwork, providing peace of mind & first rate customer service to your customers, retaining and growing your customer base, and attending company meetings. As a member of the Bug Depot Team, you are the face that represents us all.
Our daily goal is to Under Promise and Overdeliver exceptional service to all our customers.
Prior pest control experience is NOT required. Experience preferred but not needed we are willing to train the right individual
Requirements
• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Have a clean MVR, drug screen, and background checks

Responsibilities
• Technicians are responsible for Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships
• Completion of a Monthly Pest Control Route
• Communicating with the Office and Customers
• Quoting and Selling Services
• Conducting Inspections, Monitoring Pest Problems, and Establishing Best Treatment Options
• Updating Customer Accounts, changes in emails, Cell numbers, etc.
