About the role
We provide all decorations, materials, and project details so you can focus on what you do best: creating stunning holiday designs! As a Lead Holiday Decorator, you'll oversee installations, bring creative vision to each project, and ensure our clients' homes sparkle for the season.

What you'll do
• Bring holiday magic to life in homes
• Lead a small team on-site and guide assistants to complete projects efficiently
• Design and style Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and full-room décor with creativity and precision, using the supplies provided by Noel Decor.
• Ensure each project reflects Noel Decor's high standards and client expectations
• Manage time and workflow so projects finish smoothly and on schedule
• Communicate with clients and represent Noel Decor with professionalism and holiday cheer
Qualifications
• Professional Christmas decorating experience required (portfolio or photos of past work strongly encouraged)
• Strong eye for design and ability to execute luxury-level holiday aesthetics
• Experience leading a team or managing on-site workflow
• Excellent time-management skills - ability to stay on schedule without sacrificing detail
• Professionalism and strong client-facing communication skills
• Reliable SUV or similar vehicle to transport décor and supplies
• Comfortable climbing ladders to decorate trees up to 12 ft
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Anywhere from 1-3 days per install (anywhere from 1-10 installs a season) based on clients/decorators schedule.
