  • Return items left behind by guests to the designated lost and found process.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain staff morale.
  • Ensure proper use and care of all work equipment and assets.

  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet turnover schedules.
  • Knowledge of proper use and handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Willingness to follow established cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties as needed.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
  • Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience

  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-level properties.

  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and supplies safely.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required.
