Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with Brighter Steps ABA LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Home Services. Our dedicated team is committed to helping each child reach their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessment and Development: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualized goals and interventions for each client, collaborating with parents and caregivers to develop comprehensive treatment plans

  • Treatment Implementation: Deliver ABA-based therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based strategies to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed

  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

  • Continuing Education: Stay current with best practices in ABA, attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to advance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in ABA settings, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Location: Must be willing to travel to clients' homes in the Newark, NJ area
