    Job description

    • Administer, support, and monitor multiple F5 load balancer environments.
    • Work with application for creating new VIP, renew SSL certificate.
    • Create and manage VIP in F5 load balancer / Big IQ
    • Monitor system health, node status, hardware usage, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Work on Change Requests, Change tasks, Incident tickets and Catalog tasks assigned to F5 groups.
    • Communicate and co-ordinate with app team on monthly schedule maintenance activities including Firmware updates, patches and Upgrades.
      Administer, support, and monitor multiple F5 environments (Prod/Non-Prod).
    • Review overnight alerts and GSLB health; tune probes and failover logic.
    • Implement a WAF policy rollout using staged/transparent mode enforced with learning suggestions and bot/DoS protections.
    • Build an HLD for hybrid multi - region active/active with Anycast + GTM and mTLS.
    • Create/extend AS3 declarations and Ansible playbooks; push through CI/CD.
    • Lead an L3 bridge call for intermittent 5xx; use tcpdump/ssldump, isolate iRule logic, and implement a hotfix.
    • Present a quarterly service review: SLAs, RCAs, CSI plan, and roadmap
