    Job description

    Job Summary:
    Blue Sky Innovators is seeking candidates to provide technical program management and execution support. The successful candidate will support the DARPA program manager by building program documents, integrating technical information, and managing schedule and milestone activities.
    Responsibilities:
    • provide technical program management and execution support
    • support the DARPA program manager by building program documents
    • integrating technical information and managing/coordinating schedule and milestone activities
    • overseeing contract execution
    • coordinating and collaborating with Government mission partners
    • providing feedback to multiple technical teams
    • communicating status/results by preparing and delivering program briefings
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • 5+ years of relevant operational and program management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
    • Strong communication skills - both written (including PowerPoint) and oral
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests
    • Work on-site at DARPA HQ (Arlington, VA) daily
    • Travel to support program up to 15% duty factor
    Preferred:
    • Mission focus with enthusiasm for daily work
    • Clear, concise, direct communication
    • Experience as a Scientific and Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) supporting DARPA and/or U.S. Space Force
    • Experience with Special Access acquisitions community
    • Background experience with military leadership
    • Understanding of optical and/or laser systems
    • Experience managing large dispersed teams, managing schedule, and tracking forecasted budgets
