Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with proven experience in mechanical service/ retrofit sales. You will focus on service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business with building management firms, education and healthcare networks etc.
• Drive pursuit of large-scale HVAC (retrofit & Service).
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to deliver client-first solutions.
• Represent Everest with professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude.
• Mentor junior sales staff as the company grows.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC service.
• Established network of GC, healthcare, or institutional contacts strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to win large project work.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
