Job description

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of a Government manpower and technical services contract.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Government, overseeing all performance, staffing, and operational aspects of the contract.
  • Manage day-to-day task execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SOW requirements, and all Government policies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervisory support to all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Ensure qualified and fully trained staff are recruited, onboarded, and retained to meet all task order requirements.
  • Oversee timesheet validation, schedule coordination, and staff accountability to ensure uninterrupted mission support.
  • Prepare and deliver required reports, documentation, and performance updates to the Contracting Officer or their designee.
  • Maintain routine communication with Government stakeholders and internal corporate leadership regarding contract status.
  • Ensure adherence to all security, safety, and administrative requirements for personnel working in a Government environment.
  • Support planning, development, and execution of technical and public health-related manpower assignments.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a Government manpower contract.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a technical manpower contract (Public Health experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working in a DoD or Government environment strongly preferred.
  • Must possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Security Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.

This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $123,000
