    Job description

    As a BellStores Assistant Manager, you will assist the store manager in all store operations and activities. You will assist in the effective, efficient, and profitable execution of all BellStores initiatives. Starting pay is relative to qualifications.

    Major Job Activities

    • Exhibit excellence in customer service and employee relations.

    • Assist manager in building cohesive and effective work teams

    • Support corporate programs, values, and initiatives.

    • Assist manager in responsibility for store performance (and for covering all shifts at all times).

    • Assist manager in the enforcement of BellStores standards of performance, policies and procedures.

    • Assist manager in coaching and developing employees.

    • Accept role in taking financial responsibility for the store and monitor financial outcomes.

    • Assist manager in performing timely competitor price checks.

    • Assist manager in responsibility of all banking procedures
