Pediatric Dentist – Bearden, TN
Join a Growing Practice Dedicated to Excellence and Patient-Centered Care
Location: Bearden, Tennessee

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Pediatric Dentist to lead and grow a brand-new office in the Bearden area of Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new practice, building a patient base, and shaping the culture from the ground up.

Whether you’re a new graduate looking for the right opportunity or an experienced provider seeking a fresh start in a growing community, this position offers strong clinical support, autonomy, and long-term growth potential.

About the Opportunity
Our focus is on delivering high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. This office will follow our integrated POP (Pediatric & Orthodontic Process) model, which brings pediatric dentistry and orthodontics together under one roof to create a seamless, comprehensive patient experience.

You’ll work alongside an orthodontist in the same office, allowing for strong clinical collaboration, continuity of care, and the ability to support patients throughout every stage of their dental development. This model enhances both patient outcomes and provider experience by fostering teamwork and shared treatment planning.

This new office will be designed with modern technology and a commitment to efficiency, allowing you to focus on patient care while supported by a well-structured operational model.

Position Highlights
• Opportunity to open and lead a brand-new practice
• Doctor-led environment with clinical autonomy
• Integrated POP model with pediatric dentistry and orthodontics collaboration
• In-office orthodontic partner for comprehensive care
• Supportive team and operational infrastructure
• Professional growth and long-term career development

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive compensation structure (daily rate plus production-based earnings)
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options
• Continuing education support and professional development
• Malpractice insurance provided

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to help grow and establish a new practice
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-first mindset

Why Bearden, Tennessee?
• Growing community with strong patient demand
• Family-friendly area with great neighborhoods and schools
• Access to outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment
• Convenient location near Knoxville
