The
Technical Project Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner to Technology leadership, ensuring disciplined execution across contracts, projects, operations, and service delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating technology operations, providing visibility into performance and progress, and enforcing consistent processes for intake, prioritization, reporting, and change management.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgement, comfort operating across leaders and delivery teams, and the ability to turn complex activity into clear, actionable insight for executives and stakeholders.

What will you do:
Executive & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate executive-level status updates, dashboards and summaries including project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Translate technical progress and issues into clear, business-relevant updates
- Support leadership meeting preparation with accurate data and status narratives
- Ensure consistency in how technology updates are communicated across the organization
Project & Roadmap Management
- Maintain consolidated views of: Active Projects, Upcoming Work, and Dependencies & Risks
- Ensure roadmap changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders
- Support consistent project intake, prioritization, and reporting processes
Change Request & Governance Process
- Manage the technology project change request process
- Ensure change requests are: Properly documented; Reviewed for impact, cost and risk; Approved or declined through defined governance
- Track approved changes through execution and reporting
Support & Service Management
- Oversee helpdesk ticket resolution performance and operational health
- Establish and maintain reporting on: ticket volume and trends, SLA compliance and resolution times, and recurring issues & root cause themes
- Monitor trends in incidents and service requests to identify improvement opportunities
- Act as an escalation and coordination point between support teams and the business
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Chair and facilitate regular meetings between technology and business departments
- Schedule and manage project-related meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Track action items, decisions, and dependencies to closure
- Ensure meetings are outcome-focused, documented, and actionable
- Drive alignment, accountability, and follow-through across teams
- Partner with technology leaders to surface operational risks, dependencies, and capacity issues
Contract, Vendor & Financial Administration
- Manage and administer technology contracts, renewals, statements of work, and vendor obligations
- Support technology purchasing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure timely processing of invoices and renewals
- Track vendor performance, contract milestones, renewals, and deliverables in partnership with technology leadership
What you should have:
- Proven experience in technical operations, project coordination, or technology program management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Experience coordinating technology projects across multiple teams or disciplines
- Comfort working with purchasing, invoicing, and vendor contracts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Nice if you also have:
- Experience supporting IT or software delivery organizations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT service management concepts
- Experience facilitating cross-functional or executive-level meetings
- Background in technology, operations, or business analysis

Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annually
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
