Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health requirements effectively.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans specifically designed to meet the individualized goals of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing varied therapeutic interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with prevailing legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Significant experience in conducting both individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.
• Mastery of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to the treatment of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical practices and the protection of client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with community health organizations or clinics.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with various psychological assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies.
• Skills in crisis intervention and management, as well as experience in collaborative treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
