Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite construction team and subcontractors.
  • Schedule subcontractors.
  • Meet production quotas.
  • Communicate labor needs.
  • Inspect all work at project to ensure it meets all quality standards.
  • Schedule and attend AHJ inspections.
  • Work alongside team members and conduct training when necessary.

You must pass a drug and alcohol test. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
