What You'll Do
- As a Batbox bartender, in this tipped role, you'll be in the heart of the action
- You will mix, pour, and serve drinks quickly, safely, and accurately - always following recipes and alcohol service laws
- You'll create legendary guest experiences for all of the guests at the bar or in your section
- Keep the bar area stocked, and ready for action at all times
- Help uphold health & safety standards - from bar cleanliness to food safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for bartenders with 3+ years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused
- You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times
- You are at least 21 years old
What to Expect
- Bartenders are 'Tipped Team Members' who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.
- Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently during your shift
- Read and write handwritten notes
