Chandler Unified School District Names Best School District in AZ 2026

Employment Type: Part-time

Entry Salary: $16.53

Calendar: 1801 PT July 15, 2026-May 20, 2027 180 total work days, 6 paid holidays, 186 total paid days

Benefits: 72 hours PTO per year, 6 paid holidays

Performance Pay: Available annually for eligible positions. Prorated based on FTE and employment start date.

New Hire Experience: 1% for two or more years of full time like experience and an additional 1% per year not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.

New Hire Education: 1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field, combined with work experience credit not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.

Job Goal:

Assist students safely through intersections and monitor vehicle traffic

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • First aid training desired
