  • Actively monitor organizational health and engagement, deploying cultural initiatives and holding leaders accountable for culture in action.

Change & Transformation

  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to navigate organizational dynamics and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation, Compliance & Systems
  • Partner with BW Compensation leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and consistent pay practices globally.

  • Ensure compliance with international, national, and local labor regulations across all operating regions.

  • Leverage people systems and data analytics to provide insights that guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR/people leadership experience, including global scope and multi-country exposure.

  • Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development within manufacturing or industrial settings.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, build alignment, and lead across cultural and geographic boundaries.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.

  • Multi-faceted business experience beyond HR is a plus.
