    What You Will Contribute:
    The Customer Support Specialist provides daily administrative and service support on standard, routine requests. This role monitors and processes orders and quotes, keeps account information accurate, and supports timely issue resolution, all while contributing to a positive experience for our customers.
    Job Duties:
    • Assist with maintaining annual customer quotes and updating pricing during renewals to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Support customer-facing teams with reporting, data entry, and documentation to help meet customer needs
    • Help resolve customer order discrepancies, invoicing questions, and delivery concerns in a timely manner
    • Provide administrative support and tracking for customer-related escalations and special projects
    • Assist with maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure current and accurate information
    • Track open customer orders and proactively follow up to ensure issues are resolved within defined service levels
    • Support non-standard customer change activities, including documentation and communication updates
    • Perform other related duties as needed to support

    Education and Experience:
    • High school degree/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales support or customer facing role;

    Qualifications:
    • Beginning a career in customer account management, sales support or customer operations
    • Experience supporting internal and external customers such as sales or customer service required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software required

    • Communication: Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others.

    • Work Standards: Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.

    Working Conditions:
    • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment
    • Requires prolonged periods of talking/listening
    • Work is performed in close proximity to others
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

    The target hourly rate for this role is $25-$27/hr.
