Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking an ETL Developer / PL/SQL Specialist with extensive experience in enterprise data integration and data warehousing. The role involves architecting and developing complex PL/SQL solutions, designing scalable ETL solutions, and providing technical oversight to offshore teams.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop complex PL/SQL solutions (procedures, packages, triggers, dynamic SQL) with advanced performance tuning and optimization.
• Design and implement scalable ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter (On-Prem) and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Build and optimize mappings, workflows, and transformations for large-scale data warehouse environments.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL and database designs.
• Provide technical oversight and code reviews for offshore teams, ensuring quality, standards compliance, and timely delivery.
• Support data quality, validation, reconciliation, production monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 9–10 years of experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and enterprise database engineering with strong PL/SQL expertise.
• Deep hands-on expertise in PL/SQL development.
• Strong experience with Informatica (On-Prem and Cloud).
• Ability to act as a functional consultant by engaging directly with business stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight to offshore teams, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with architectural and performance standards.
