Instead of spending your day managing clinic operations, paperwork, and scheduling logistics, you'll focus on what matters most: improving patients' lives through better hearing. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive remote audiologic evaluations, perform otoscopic examinations, perform hearing aid fittings, and provide follow-up care
• Educate patients on hearing aid use and maintenance while setting realistic expectations for long-term success
• Help shape the future of digital hearing care by providing feedback on new technology, workflows, and patient experiences

What You Bring

• Active HIS license in CA, MN, PA or TX
• 2+ years of hearing aid fitting experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care through innovative technology
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Comfortable working independently, using digital tools and learning new clinical technology
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with all associated costs covered by hear.com

Compensation

• OTE: $100,000 to $120,000, comprised of base salary and monthly performance bonuses

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (your local time)
