Job description

Anderson Trucking Service is Now Seeking OTR CDL-A Flatbed Lease OperatorsEarn $4,900 - $6,800 Gross Weekly - $3,000 Sign-On BonusNo Money Down & Reliable Freight, Every Week


(Must have a valid CDL-A license and 12 months of experience.)


At Anderson Trucking Service (ATS), we believe you should drive on your terms. As a lease operator in our over-the-road (OTR) flatbed division, you'll get the support of a national carrier with the independence of your own business.


Our Flatbed Lease Purchase Program Delivers:
  • Earn $4,900 - $6,800 gross weekly
  • Take home $1,700 - $3,100 per week after expenses
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Mileage progression pay structure: the more you drive (or the longer you stay), the more you earn
  • Earn 70% of linehaul and accessorials
  • Fuel surcharge guarantee
  • Late-model tractors: 2023 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo
  • Fuel discounts + tire fund ($1.80 CPM) for new tires when needed

We're Looking for Drivers Who:
  • Are 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
  • Meet DOT requirements and have a stable driving history
  • Have 0 safety terminations in the past 12 months, truck abandonments in the past 36 months, preventable DOT accidents in the past 24 months
