ResponsibilitiesBuild and cultivate a local network of professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Meet with individuals and business owners to assess their long-term financial protection needs.
Deliver educational presentations that clarify complex insurance concepts for our clients.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal database.
Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and expand our presence in Waldorf.
Collaborate with the internal underwriting team to ensure client applications move smoothly toward approval.
RequirementsActive Maryland Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client-facing roles.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to small groups.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems.
Reliable personal transportation for local travel within Charles County.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a self-directed calendar.
