Lead our sales efforts by developing clear, actionable strategies to expand our footprint in the regional market.
Provide hands-on coaching to our sales producers, helping them sharpen their approach and reach their professional goals.
Collaborate with carrier partners to negotiate competitive terms and ensure our agency offers the best possible protection for our clients.
Monitor monthly sales performance metrics and adjust our tactics to keep us moving in the right direction.
Deepen our local community connections by representing The Atlantic District at key events and business gatherings.
Refine our internal workflows to make sure our operations are efficient and focused on providing a smooth experience for every policyholder.
Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Five or more years of experience in agency management or high-level sales leadership.
Deep understanding of commercial lines and policy underwriting standards.
Strong track record of building and mentoring successful sales teams.
Experience using industry-standard agency management systems and data analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
