Job description

Student Assistant- Gift Administration Data Management
The Student Assistant supports the Director of Gift Administration and assists with both physical and digital filing tasks. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
This is an in-office role, requiring a commitment of 15-20 hours per week year-round, with expanded in-office hours during summer, spring, and winter breaks.
What you'll do:
  • Review, scan and upload sensitive paper and digital documents using platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, email, and scanning software.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files containing confidential information to ensure accurate and efficient information retrieval

What you'll need:
  • Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment
  • Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, writing, and by phone
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties
  • Highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed
  • Knowledge of departmental workflow process
  • Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries, university business and confidential information

Relevant qualifications:
  • A current student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in a related field
  • The student must be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement
