Job Title : Learning & Development Administrator

About the Role: Aston Carter's large construction sector client is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to support the Learning & Development team with content development, LMS administration, onboarding, operational training, and ERP learning initiatives. This role is primarily focused on administrative and content support, including maintaining learning materials, managing documentation, and leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to support content development and documentation activities. All AI-generated outputs must be reviewed and validated for accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HR data entry and document filing/management.
• Use Microsoft Copilot to create, manage, and validate content and administrative documentation.
• Convert SOPs, ERP materials, and operational procedures into learner-friendly guides and job aids.
• Support ERP learning content updates and maintenance.
• Build and update content in Articulate Rise.
• Administer LMS activities, including learner enrollments and training assignments.
• Maintain training records, content libraries, documentation, and version control.
• Support onboarding, operational training, learner communications, and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant internship experience considered.
• Corporate work experience required.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Calgary,AB.
