W2 Employee Position
Full-Time | Uncapped Commissions
Expected First-Year Earnings: $60,000 - $200,000+
Paid Twice Weekly

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration needs while guiding them through the restoration process from inspection to project completion.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications

 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

This is a field-based sales position requiring local travel throughout your assigned territory.
